I recently had a privilege of being invited to participate in an ongoing podcast regarding Body Image with Jason Leenaarts of Revolution Firness and Therapy. Jason is a, health and fitness guru with many successful years working with clients in the Northest Ohio area.
Jason and I discussed Body Image and patient/client expectations of results both from and fitness and plastic surgery perspective. We both work to stress the importance of what can realistically be achieved through proper diet and exercise as well as through surgery. While most patients/clients are pleased with their results, there are times when the results would be considered good, but not what the patient/client expected.
We tend to think of this occurring after surgery, but I was surprised to learn that this sometimes occurs with Jason’s clients, who have made significant changes to their bodies through diet and exercise.
