Private, Minimally Invasive, Permanent
There are many types of male enlargement treatments available today, including surgical and non-surgical methods.
Our Cosmetic Surgeons utilize minimally invasive, permanent medical procedures for Penile Shaft, Penile Glans (head of penis),
and Scrotal Enhancement. Why is a minimally invasive technique superior to very invasive surgery? It’s simple:
it’s safer, and it’s what patients prefer. These techniques stimulate your body to build its own natural collagen,
creating permanent enlargement.
By comparison, traditional surgical procedures are more invasive and may carry a higher risk of infection, tissue damage, and sub-optimal results.
Some methods implant foreign materials or processed skin into the shaft or glans. Many patients are understandably apprehensive about such approaches.
The Benefits of Male Enhancement
The goal is straightforward: to become larger and feel more. Many men seek enhancement to increase personal
confidence and to enhance their partner’s experience. While length gets attention, girth most directly
impacts stimulation by increasing contact with the vaginal (or anal) walls and their extensive neural network.
- Greater perceived fullness and partner stimulation
- Potential for more intense and frequent orgasms (girth-related contact)
- Improved body image and confidence (flaccid and erect)
Why Girth Matters
Orgasmic pathways involve more than the clitoris or a single “spot”—they span the vaginal walls’ rich nerve network.
Increased girth enhances contact along these walls, often creating stronger stimulation than added length alone.
The same concept applies to anal intercourse.
A psychological arousal component can further heighten sensitivity and response.
Our Minimally Invasive Approach
We perform a non-surgical, permanent filler procedure that triggers your body to produce collagen for lasting
enlargement—without general anesthesia, cutting, or stitches.
Step-by-Step
- Step 1: Topical anesthetic cream is applied.
- Step 2: A small lidocaine injection confirms complete numbing.
- Step 3: Permanent filler is placed under the penile skin; a supportive wrap is applied.
New collagen forms and reinforces results over time, creating a natural-feeling, permanent outcome.
Comparing Techniques
AlloDerm® / BellaDerm® (processed human skin grafts)
Requires invasive surgery to suture processed cadaveric skin into the shaft. Risks include infection, tissue damage,
graft fragmentation, unnatural feel, and size limitations.
Artefill® / Bellafill® (injectable facial filler)
FDA-approved for facial use; off-label for penile enlargement. Often cost-prohibitive in the U.S. and not necessarily
superior to purpose-selected alternatives.
Dermal Grafts (your own skin)
The most invasive approach: harvesting skin (abdomen/buttocks), processing it, then suturing it into a degloved penis.
Risks include infection, hair growth under the skin if not processed perfectly, and graft degradation over time.
Silicone Rubber Implants
Major surgery with a foreign body under the skin. Higher infection risk and potential for implant erosion through the skin
requiring removal.
Suspensory Ligament Cutting
Intended to increase length, but often fails to improve erect length and may shorten it. Not recommended.
Why Consider Treatment?
Reasons range from aesthetics and confidence to functional concerns. Childbirth-related vaginal changes, dissatisfaction with
flaccid appearance (“shrinkage”), diabetes-related vascular or nerve changes, Peyronie’s disease, and trauma can all factor in.
Enlargement can enhance sensation and partner stimulation, and a minimally invasive path avoids the major risks of surgery.
